1. Service-Based Refunds

Our services are digital and non-tangible in nature. Therefore, we do not offer full refunds once a service has commenced or been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered under these circumstances:

 

• • Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and the project has not yet started.

• • There is a failure in service delivery or a significant delay without a valid reason.

• • Services delivered are substantially different from what was agreed upon.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by our team.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

 

• • You change your mind after the purchase.

• • Delays caused by a lack of response or input from the client.

• • Unsatisfactory results due to external algorithm changes or unpredictable market variables.

• • Services that have already been initiated or completed.

4. Retainer & Subscription Services

For ongoing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.), cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for any past or current billing periods.
